Parking
The front entrance is accessible. Parking for first-time visitors and vendors is out front, along with accessible parking. The main lot is out back; enter from the back and head up the stairs.

Once we open, walk-ins will be welcome. In the meantime, call with any questions.

Accessibility
Our parking and restrooms are fully accessible, and the front entrance is the accessible one — use it if stairs are a problem, as the back entrance has stairs. If there is anything else we can do to make your visit easier, please call and let us know.

Before you call
Nothing here is required. It just makes the first call shorter if you happen to have it nearby.
- Some form of ID, such as a driver’s license or state ID.
- A list of any medications you are currently taking.
- Your insurance card, if you have one. If you do not, call anyway.
- The name of any other provider involved in your care.
- Any questions you want answered before you commit to anything.
None of this has to be settled before we open — a phone call now is enough to get your questions answered.
We do not collect health information through this website. Everything happens over the phone or in person.
